we got one of the corner room suites (we have gotten this room a few times and love it) bed was comfy

The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were so nice. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms were spotless. My son enjoyed the gym. We had drinks at the bar, and our bartender did an amazing job. The hotel was five minutes from where my son’s concert was playing. We also took advantage of the shuttle service to visit the Plaza and do some shopping.

I did not expect to pay for parking. The charge for parking was not mentioned when I booked. But other than that, it was a very pleasant experience, and the staff was exceptionally cordial . I will be returning in large part because of the restaurants within walking distance, and I felt safe there too.

The room was clean with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Hallways were clean and elevators came quickly and were spacious. We used a meeting room for a family gathering and it was pleasant and clean. Although the driveway that one used to get to the front door of the building was a tight fit for the many cars that were trying to negotiate the space, the valet staff did a good job.

Our check-in was quick and everyone was nice and very helpful. Parking was easily accessible. Our room was cleaned every day. Marriott made our stay memorable. We came for the KC Chiefs game 12/25/23 Christmas Day. Thank you for a great staycation! The Thomason’s

The staff was great - we even had a few nice conversations with them. The room was great (LOVED the shower) and it’s one of the comfiest beds I’ve had. It’s also nice to be able to have apps on the tv such as Netflix as most hotels don’t offer that.
